I've struggled since I was a teenager navigating life with a mental illness. There can be extremely hard days when it feels physically impossible to continue.

Thank you SO much to everyone who has reached out to me or interacted with my page and website over this weekend. This was a huge personal leap for me and I'm so grateful to be surrounded by so many encouraging people who supported me through it.
